What counts as a contact?
Anyone you can send to. Someone on three of your lists counts once, and people who unsubscribe stop counting the day they leave.
What happens when our list grows past a tier?
We email you first, then move you up at the start of the next billing period. Nothing stops sending in the meantime, and we never charge you mid-month for a spike.
Do we pay more to send more often?
No. Sends are unlimited on every plan. Weekly newsletter, a midweek note, a one-off for the youth trip, all the same price.
Is the Planning Center connection extra?
It is included at every size. Connect once and your lists stay current on their own, with no export and no spreadsheet.
How does the free trial work?
Fourteen days, no card. You can send real newsletters during the trial, and you can keep your old tool running until you are sure.
Can we cancel?
Any time, from your settings. No call, no cancellation form.
Do you charge per user?
No. Bring the whole staff and the volunteer who actually writes it. Seats are unlimited on every plan.
We are a church plant with almost no budget. Anything for us?
Write to us. We keep a set of free years for plants under two hundred people, and we would rather you were sending than saving.
